Unopened, wrong or faulty
Items that are unopened, that you received in error, or that are defective.
10% restocking fee
Opened
Opened items, returned complete and in good condition.
No refund
Missing parts, damaged or misused
If accessories or bundled items are missing, their retail price is deducted from your refund.
How to return it

Call Vorwerk Customer Service first at 1-888-867-9375, within 30 days of delivery and before you send anything back.

Arrange the shipping. Buy a return label from Vorwerk, or arrange it yourself with a carrier. Vorwerk is not responsible for items returned without its label.

Get your refund. It is processed once Vorwerk receives the item and checks its condition. Original shipping fees are not refunded.
